The first two tapes in this series were recorded in 1987. The title was inspired by a note my father left me one time which I used as the spine on the first master tape. It said "1) Please get up on time to bring in the paper and eat."

Remixed in February '93, (1-4) is an amalgamation, subtly constructed, of the first four releases. This was prepared for release on Tonspur tapes in Germany.
